Tour was reasonably priced. the drivers were very cordial and informative. our favorite stop was the Jail and the old style merchant store. We stayed at the Edgewater Inn on the other end of the bridge and had a great experience there.
Tip: Where comfortable shoes and take a boat ride.

We took the trolley tour of St. Augustine to hear some history and see most of the historical sites and then got off and walked around St. Augustine. You can pick out where you want to go while riding and then find it walking. Informative and fun.

My husband and I decided on a last minute day trip since we are new to Florida. We made the 2 hour drive north and on the way up googled what we should do. We found the Old Town Trolley Tours and it was worth every penny. When you first get on the trolley do not get off right away like we did. The entire trolley ride is about an hour long and our driver the 2nd time around was "Wolf Talker" and he was AWESOME!!! If he was our driver the first time we probably would of stayed on. We could hear him over all the hustle & bustle and the info he gave everyone was great! This helped us decided where else we wanted to go and check out. We definitely would do this again, but maybe make it a 2 day trip next time!

I am writing this as we ride it...2 of the 3 days its been mumbling unless you are directly under a speaker. The driver is not articulate and sounds like he's rolling marbles in his mouth. I am so disappointed....i asked several people if i should ask to raise the volume to which they said sure, and when i did, he said he wasnt able to. On the first day however we really did enjoy the driver from Maine (i wish i could remember his name)he told jokes and was sure to sit directly under a speaker and when you park at stop #20 where there is reduced parking...its deceiving....their sign says "day 2&3- $10". They need to fix forewarned...its $10 PER DAY, not for both days (as per the man at the counter)....first day is $5...2&3 day is $ it doesnt make sense to me.....i would still recommend this though..

My friends and I were in town visiting Saint Augustine for the first time as none of us had ever been there before but only driven through on the highway. It was a crowded Presidents' Day weekend which we hadn't thought about before hand We wanted a way to get around the city and thought that one of the tours would be a great way. The tour went in a lot of circles. We passed the same thing several times on the same street in the same directions. I understand a number of the tractions are located close to each other but it seem like They missed an opportunity to even get out a mile or two further to show different things. The seats were incredibly uncomfortable as they were just bench seats but the problem was is that they weren't very deep at all so it felt like you were sitting on the edge of your butt the entire time. I'm in a wheelchair but do you have the ability to stand and to walk a very small distance and there are no trolleys that accommodated disabled folks. Well I was able to pull myself up to very deep stairs with the help of friends. My friends had great difficulty getting my wheelchair in just to sit in the small space between the seats and this was folded up. Moreover the female trolley driver was short tempered when it took us an extra couple minutes to get the wheelchair situated and kept reminding us that they had a schedule to stick to. Though she in no way thought to get out and help us. There were no trolleys that we saw from this particular company that had a handicapped section or wheelchair section or had any place between the cars to put a wheelchair, much less something like a scooter ...very disappointing. Moreover, the people that sold us the tickets, who could clearly see that I was in a wheelchair, made no mention of there being difficulty or not enough room for a wheelchair. The tour from this company is approximately $25 per person and there's no way that was worth $75 for that ride.
